С 5 декабря по 11 декабря 2022 года в России проходит Неделя ответственного отношения к здоровью!
Ответственное отношение к здоровью включает в себя:
- Соблюдение здорового образа жизни;
- Оценивать состояние здоровья, а именно проходить профилактические медицинские осмотры;
- Ответственно использовать продукции при самостоятельной заботе о здоровье, сюда также относится правильное хранение и употребление лекарственных препаратов.
Для выявления ранних факторов риска и коррекции неинфекционных заболеваний проводятся профилактические медицинские осмотры, диспансеризации и углубленные диспансеризации, которые можно пройти в поликлинике по месту жительства.
Диспансеризация — это комплекс диагностических мероприятий, проводимых с целью оценки состояния здоровья граждан, предупреждения и своевременного выявления признаков различных заболеваний, о которых люди могут даже не догадываться или не обращать на них внимания.
Профилактический медицинский осмотр проводится с 18 лет ежегодно. Диспансеризация проводится 1 раз в 3 года для лиц от 18 до 39 лет, а с 40 лет ежегодно.
Углубленная диспансеризация проводится дополнительно к профилактическому медицинскому осмотру или диспансеризации лицам, перенесшим новую коронавирусную инфекцию.
